In order to help them be most successful, it is best to allow them to teach others in the group. An organizer will work best in a structured environment and with a clear division of responsibilities. To promote an organizers success, they should be in charge of planning out the project and creating clear instructions and feedback to the rest of the team. A thinker tends to be more analytical and finds methods to complete a task in a logical, sufficient manner. To effectively utilize a thinker’s abilities, it would be best to allow them to brainstorm for ideas to complete the project. Finally, an adventurer is a creative personality that likes to compose original ideas and to complete tasks in new ways. In order to maximize the adventurer’s abilities, it is best to allow them the freedom to create an original approach to complete even the most mundane task. All of these personality types can work together very effectively if each team member is assigned a task that will highlight their strengths.
