There are many steps that have to be taken before getting an abortion. First the doctor will have to clean the cervix, next, they will receive an anesthetic to reduce the pain. Lastly, they will vacuum aspiration and plastic canal. Basically they are just tearing the baby limb from limb by a sharp tooth like clamp.
