Persuasive Letter For Leaving The Classroom
Thursday, May 19, 2016 Dear Mrs. Marzolf and Mrs. Nyitrai

In the classroom, students are walking around without asking for permission, and leaving the classroom whenever they want. This behavior is unacceptable because during an emergency, the teacher won’t know where the student(s) are and that is dangerous. Students aren’t following instructions and calling out in class and being too loud. This behavior is unacceptable because if there is a lockdown or a time when the class are outside, and there is an emergency and they have to get inside, but if they are too loud, we won’t hear instructions and we could get into trouble/danger or if there is an important announcement it might not be heard. On the bus students are screaming. This is unacceptable behavior because if there was an emergency vehicle with sirens on, or a fast moving vehicle honking, the bus driver won’t be able to hear it and then he/she could get into an accident. Another unacceptable behavior is throwing balls around the bus. If the ball hits the bus driver and sent them unconscious it could result in over 50 kids either killed or hurt.

Dempster expectations while we are in school/classroom are that we follow all rules that match our cogito expectations. And act as role models to the younger student. She also expects us to be respectful to substitutes and other teachers and/or guests in the building. Our teacher wants us to do our best and help our classmates or other students in the school. On the bus we are expected to face forward and talk quietly to the people beside us or across from us but not yell across the bus. We are supposed to to talk nicely and appropriately to fellow students and the bus driver. Mrs. Dempster expects us to follow the rules and explain to students about what the rules are and what they are doing wrong to who fail to do so or tell principal about their

Most of the time there are a lot of behavioral students that are just plain -o- disrespectful, loud, rude, and disruptive; in which makes it hard to maintain a well-managed classroom. Despite school/classroom rules you post on the wall you will find that some students will break the rules just to get peer attention or to get out of class. Overall, classroom disruptions makes it hard to run a class successfully.…

As a teacher I have the responsibility to teach my students while maintaining a safe learning environment, this includes both physical and mental safety. The best way to do this is by clearly posting and discussing the rules and rights for students in the classroom, and the consequences for breaking them. Giving this same information in handout form that needs to be signed by parents and students will ensure that everyone knows what is to be expected of them. This will influence the students’ rights by letting them know that even with the right to free speech, there is a time and place for everything. Although every student has the right to an education, if one student becomes disruptive enough to threaten the safety of the classroom removal of that student may be necessary. It is unfair to the other students who adhere to the classroom policies to be punished for one student’s misconduct. In this situation I feel it is fair to infringe upon the one students rights for the sake of the learning…

The school has adopted a policy which requires athletes to maintain a grade of “C” or higher. This has brought about a free tutoring program for athletes with low grades. I believe this notion is greatly called for. Having a free tutoring program will improve the academic performances of those who need it. Furthermore, this allows them to remain on whatever sports team they're on. This could also give them more confidence in their schools work. If tutoring for athletes isn't brought about, we could risk having a shortage of players on each sports team.…
