Even if you don't understand what they are doing or if you don't agree with what they are doing you need to support it, because they are your coaches and they ultimately know what they are doing, and have yours and your teams best interest in mind. In varsity sports it is so important that coaches tell the captains what they have in mind so they can relay this to the team and make them understand that all the hard work will pay off in the long run. It is very rewarding to know that all the work since you were little will eventually will pay off. All of your hard work shows in the team, they believe in you and you put your complete trust in them.
