Persuasive Speech In English
"Mom! How many times I need to tell you that I can't come?" I screamed.

"And how many times I need to mention how important this is?" She screamed back.

"So you want me to leave my job and come over to your place for some silly meaningless rituals?" I asked her disgusted.

"Your place?Silly meaningless rituals?...... Leave it, it's no point over arguing with you on these matters. By the way you can find another job like you have did last 4 times...." She mocked.

"Well, I was lucky because I have a friend who finances me until I find a new one. And she doesn't even ask me to pay back the debt" I replied her.

"After all you have done such things for her..." She said.

"That's none of your business!"I yelled again.

So I soon get bored and switch off the TV. I return to my work which I did before the mom's call.

But I couldn't stop thinking to think about the vacation. Though it was a kind of business trip, but for me it was like a holiday. A holiday after a pretty long time. I didn't even remember when I went to a trip last time. Probably when I stalked Rose and Fred to their Honeymoon.

I laughed all alone myself while thinking this. The last time when we were together and happy. How I made Fred drunk and propose in the silliest way to Rose or when they pushed me down that waterfall where I nearly died, or when I secretly photographed their Beach-Walk date and charged them a bomb to give it to them.

I didn't realize it had been since one hour I am sitting idle and recollecting memories so I brought myself back from the memory chamber and did my work.

I went to sleep after I had been done with my paperwork too at 1:30 AM & still managed to get up at 6:30 AM to rush to the office. Mornings! I wondered how I became a human, I wished I would have been an owl at least, but it seemed Santa or God never heard

Which unfortunately still haven't been kicked out of his bucket list. He had a stuttering speech anomaly due to which he didn't want to become an actor. He actually never thought that way. For he always knew what to do, until.

One day while working in his father's group he was found by one of the most famous theatre artists Bosco Kent who is both an actor and director. He saw him one day enacting a very serious scene from one of his former play to Bosco's fellow artist for a game. He was convinced from the that first sight that he could make big and so he took him in his shelter & trained him for 4 years also helping him to eradicate his anomaly.

He actually got his big break from one of the other leading groups as a character of a Gangster Romeo. But fate had something else in store for him too. Unfortunately his parents died a day before his first ever play, but he still didn't give up on it and performed too well.

Now he is only survived by his elder sister Annie Carren who took care of him. His sister is actually his whole world and he loved her the

He used to take me to films. I was always very interested in stuff like that, but because of the part of town I was from, a career in acting wasn't even an option. I remember talking to my mother one day and said, "I think I want to become an actor." And she said, "You can't become an actor. You don't look like Paul Newman." (laughs) I thank God every day that I don't look like Paul Newman. The good thing about being a character actor is that there's always some spectacled, balding guy somewhere needed for a show, and the characters are always interesting. And you don't have anybody going through your garbage at night. (laughs) I'm always meeting people who think they know me, right? "I know you from somewhere." And I start to say, "Well, I'm from this show--" And they say, "No, no, no, not that!" (laughs) It's funny and it's great when that happens. You know your work is getting out there to the people. So I just started doing it--I never really had any training or anything. Because I've always looked older, they could hire me and not have to hire the young guys and put shoe polish in their hair or anything. So I started with plays. And then the first film I did--I came to Vancouver--it was called Brotherly Love. I was playing a string of doctors, as I looked a doctor. Nothing but doctors. It was a lot easier back then because mostly the camera was on the other person and you were doing all the exposition. It's been a fun career so far. I'm…

PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a psychiatric disorder that can occur following the experience or witnessing of life-threatening events such as the military combat, natural disasters, terrorism incidents, or any major tragedy. This is common in the life of veterans and is the leading cause of suicide among veterans. A VA patient who survived in Baghdad shares his experience with PTSD and explains how he knew he had this disability. Many veterans speak out about this issue and describe their continuous anger, alcohol addiction, and constantly wanted to fight. They usually feel very isolated and distant from their loved ones. One patient states, “PTSD involves rocketing into extreme states of stress re-activity; in the form of terror, rage, and uncontrollable impulses, and plunging into equally extreme states of being shut-down—exhaustion, emotional numbing, despair, and dissociation”. PTSD is about having fear and anxiety, allowing veterans to rage with anger and different emotion. There are many factors to PTSD, which affects others in different ways; or example, using video games to keep them occupied, spending money due to the lack of impulse control because of changes in their brain, and even not obtaining another job.…
