A lot of these factories choose to test on animals however when they are testing on these animals they confine the animals into small spaces. In result of them being confined into smalls areas and being non-social it causes the animals to be left traumatized. Animals are used to be tested on how the human body functions, also how it could react to certain cosmetics . This issue has been going on since 1850’s. According to Animal Testing Timeline, “1850s also served to suggest that animals could serve as effective models to facilitate biological understanding in humans.” This is relevant because animals should not go through suffering and huge amount of pain to see how the human body works , there are various way to figure out how the human body functions without hurting living species.
