As a child who’s been adopted, I feel that I am the right person to speak to the people who might be potential parents for the other children in need. There is a need to review the dynamics that are involved with child adoption and its importance. According to the Adoption Network, there are ample reasons people choose to adopt. Some of these are due to infertility issues, medical conditions preventing pregnancies, genetic diseases and disorders people wish not to pass down, single parents who want a family, same-sex couples, wanting to help young pregnant women pursue their life goals, wanting to help a pregnant friend or family member, wanting to give a child born in another country a better life is the United States, wanting to raise an older child and skip the baby process …show more content…
Ultimately, adoption is a legal opportunity to raise a child, become a family, and financially support a child throughout their life. There are orphaned children all over the world who have no basic facilities. Some of them being children that have the potential to become amazing people. These are the children who are waiting for kind-hearted people to come and save them from their suffering. Adoption provides an extraordinary level of comfort to a child. This is because the family that adopts them is sharing their home, family traditions, and even religion. The adoptive parents are also there to provide the child with nutritious food, appropriate clothing, as well as a proper education. These are facilities that a child will lack if they are not adopted. Children who are in foster care, group homes or orphanages are often used to abusive behavior, whether it be verbally or physically. Adopting a child relieves them from the misery they face every day allowing them to enter a peaceful environment and live the life they deserve. Adopting not only saves the life of a young child but assists the biological birth mother and father. Although is most cases it’s the parents choice to create the child not all are equipped to handle parenthood.
