I. Thesis: An education expert will notice the quality of education for each student in every school district including HBUHSD, however it needs improvement for equality.
II. Supporting Evidence:
a) A community neighborhood can impact on how a student is living at home which leads to how well they attend school.
1. Safe neighborhood = Good in school; Unsafe neighborhood = Bad in school
2. A poor community vs. a rich community = how a school within those communities represent. Make a connection with the article, This superintendent has figured out how to make school work for poor kids.
3. If a student is living in an unsafe neighborhood, but are committed to having an education then they will have a way to make it to school. Make a connection
