At Phoenix Advertising we strive to cultivate employees for long-term service to become the leading advertisement company nationwide. As H.R. Director for the past twelve years’ I have helped forge the standards that continue to grow this company and its employees. In 2009, the rapid success of the company led to a new branch in Denver, Colorado. However, according to a recent survey, our clients’ satisfaction at our Roanoke, Virginia branch has dropped 17% in two months. We currently are at an all-time high in salaried overtime and an all-time low in employee morale. I present to you and the executive staff the following proposal to restore the Roanoke branch to the leading advertisement agency we strive to be.
Background
To determine an explanation for these issues, I spent five days at the Roanoke branch. From October 22nd thru the 25th, I performed private one-on-one employee interviews, executives included. On October 26th and 27th, I reviewed client surveys, policies and procedures and employee payroll for the past twelve months. An executive meeting was held on the 27th to go over all the data recovered. The results were as follows:
