This should ease the ordering process, increasing the customer satisfaction of how quick and simple it is. Moreover, the presentation of food was not clear. By presentation, I don’t mean the finish product was not presented elegantly but as a customized meal, I should see my order made throughout the whole process. At Poke Guys, I was first asked about my protein in my poke bowl, and I couldn’t find it on the menu, and so I had to base my decision off what I heard while not being able to see the actual protein that was being served to me.
