According to the tests I have done on Global Career Website, I am good at interpersonal skills, but deep inside, I know I am quite an introverted person. I am also more logical than focus on feeling. I am a perceiving person rather than judging. I seldom challenge other people, because I can understand their logic behind and I can easily adapt to the situation. I am also a team player when I am requested to be. On the other hand, I have weak competencies on managing relationships with manager, inexperience in managing organizational change and in man management. My strength I believe is something I do on a daily basis. I gradually increase my strengths by doing my daily work. At the same time, I am interested in something extra than my daily job. However, to a greater extent, I think I have to be great and be competent in order to complete my job properly. Although my job as a sales role mainly focus on people oriented skill, I know I am not only limited to those relationship building skills. I want to develop myself as a well rounded person, and be a good manager in the future. In those personal competencies test I did, l do believe the intrinsic qualities such as integrity, loyalty and creativity are as important as business development skills, selling and interpersonal skills.
