Preferred Competencies in Business Graduate Recruitment
Abstract:

We are five members work in a group on Employers preferred competencies in business graduate recruitment. For our analysis we select the banking industries in Bangladesh. So, for this analysis we collect the primary and secondary data from different bank and analysis those data. After analyzing those raw data, we find that the employers especially the banking industries are preferred competencies the business graduate recruitment. They are given more importance in the employees’ competencies such as skills, knowledge, attitude, leadership, creativities. In the competitive job market the employers more preferred the competencies of the business graduate when they are going to select new employees for their organizations.

Introduction:

Nowadays, recruitment as business graduate is more competitive in Bangladesh. Organizations try to select those people who are very much challenging and mass with dynamic environment. Successful companies are those whose are able to find, attract and keep the best people on the market. Having the best qualified staff results in an increase in productivity, but to find those people is not an easy task. The human resources area needs to perform different activities in order to find a person with the right skills, abilities, experience and knowledge to fill a vacancy. They may not look for the best, but the most suitable ones for jobs, because suitability is what matters for job performance. The person-job f it remains at the back of their minds. Thus when they recruit business graduates for entry-level managerial positions they look for most competent candidates. As business graduates, they must be knowledgeable on business subjects. They should have both computer and communication skills. Business graduates are preferred over other types of graduates first of all, for their exposure to the theories of business related subjects and second, for
