Pt. stated that during his free time he likes to go fishing, hunting and spend time with his wife. Pt. denied any current mental health problems or suicidal ideation at the moment. Counselor offered help to find information regarding 12 step meetings in the Sussex County area, which he took with him. Pt. agreed to schedule a counseling session for the following month.
