INTRO—WHY STUDENTS TEND TO WORK PART TIME
PROS
(1)MAKE EXTRA POCKET MONEY FOR PERSONAL USES -Do not need to depend to others(family&friends) to support for those from lower income
(2)IMPROVE TIME MANAGEMENT -Being able to cope up with studies while working part time is a challenge.Hence,it helps to make one more discipline and wise in managing time between work and study
(3)WORKING EXPERIENCE -Students are able to experience the working environment and elarn on how to handle stress in working world.Besides allowing them to gather a vast amount og knowledge which would add to a better resume after completion of studies when they are finding work
(4)IMPROVE SOCIAL NETWORKING -Working part time helps one to have a larger friend circle which someday could benefit them when they need help or some recommendation in future working world. Moreover, it improves social lifestyle of an individual

CONS

(1)FAILURE IN TIME MANAGEMENT -While some are able to cope with both the hassle of study and working life.Many fail to do so resulting in as drop in results.They tend to get tired after work and cnt concentrate and bla3....so many tend to perform poorly
(2)LOST OF INTEREST -Another major problem that is common among those student is the lost of interst to pursue studies.Many of them get carried away once they have seen the pay/cash/money that they fail to realise the need of a certificate in order to get a better job.
(3)BAD MORAL INFLUENCE -This happens not in all part time job but selectively to those of which students who take up part time job as bar mixers, call girls, bar tenders and so on.We are focusing mainly on the female individual who eventually take this kind of jobs because the working hours are limited while the pay is quite good.Just google today in the part time job hunt and many are offering this kind of
