Project Ignition: Teen Driver Professional Development
Young people in our nation have yet to discover the abilities one can acquire in leadership. But, some have an idea of what leadership is. Supported by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Project Ignition is a teen-driver safety program to improve teens who are distressed drivers to improved drivers. Elizabeth Koenig,
Professional Development Director, is a leader because she developed the program and helped many teen-related car incidents go down promisingly. Project Ignition also addresses teen-driver safety issues and empowers youth to lead campaigns that makes measurable differences in their schools, their communities, and beyond. Another demonstration is the National Youth Leadership Training, or NYLT that has hosted summer
