Propose Further Development Activities to Future Career Progression.

In order for me to progress further into personal and professional development that will be based in my career i have to face many different obstacles along the way in order to get there.
I have many different pursuit of career’s that I’m hoping to achieve for one, within the four years’ time my hope is to “finish my University study with flying and achievable colours”, ways I can achieve this objective and progress further in my career is by allowing myself to put all of my focus and energy into my work. I would need to present my work assignment when I get a full load of them, in a great presented way, I need to show different and unique ways of techniques when I present my work, I need to show a level of understanding especially to specific work courses, I need to show great quality not only with my work but also with myself. With the work presentations that will be shown in the papers it will be proven to my teachers whether or not I have progressed as a student and also if my level of understanding everything that has been taught to me has evolved between the four year time of studying in my University. Plus in order for me to achieve this objective successfully I also need to undertake different activities and practises whilst I’m studying, for example participating in different work placement, involving myself in charities and volunteering work, this will allow me to get a better insight in the world of professionalism not only in the travel and tourism industry, but also in other profession. In doing so it will help me grow as a professional worker that has the potential score of progressing more and more as the years comes, i will be able to do this by assessing the different role that will be held in the job and it will be helpful to myself because it will allow me progress into a better, knowledgeable person that has been involved with the travel and tourism sector and working environment.
