Pros And Cons Of Being Bias

Is being bias a good or bad thing? Well in my opinion no its not. When people ask certain kinds of questions, the only way to answer to have a better answer is to be biased. Not everyone will think of the situation the way you will think about it. Most of the challenging problems that us human solve are known as inductive problems, these are problems that there is no right answer to the situation its identified based on the evidence you have or witnessed to have you think that certain way. When problem solving the best way is to be bias. We as humans shouldn’t be surprised to know or learn that people are thoroughly biased in other domains. In some cases we agree and disagree on certain things due to our moral grounds. There are times where I can say that I will always take on woman sides, for the reason being not to sure but I think it’s because I’m a woman myself and I will back up women. Although there are times were us women can exaggerate in some cases.
These things can be intentional or unintentional, the way we communicate can lead to so many positive and negative messages. These are so called hidden messages that overturn the group character or guiding people. Microagressions are discusses from the perception of race and racism which become targets to people of color, women, people with disabilities, religious preferences, and the list goes on.
