I have read oppions of those for and against a new dog park. A dog park would be a great plan for those who desire one for their pet. The residents who have pets other than dogs find it to be a unnecessary use of taxpayers money.

I am a dog owner and I feel that dog parks are a good thing. I have noticed that many apartment living residents have a difficult time providing a good workout for their dog on a regular basis.
