Prepare an 800 – 1100 word paper examining two motivational strategies and how they affect productivity in a selected workplace (namely, your own, or one you are very familiar with).

Please clearly describe the workplace. The two motivational strategies must be clearly stated, defined, and appropriately referenced.

Include an explanation of organizational efforts to improve performance, employees' resistance to increasing productivity, and the management's philosophy of motivation and its practices. You must use APA format, cover page, and reference the text and at least one other outside reference (for a total of two sources.) Submit to assignments.
