Minority is a smaller group into relation to a majority to one or more categories. The categories being race, religion, or the ethnic background. A minority group experience discrimination and prejudice if they are ever in a population where the majority is of a different ethnic background or a different race. people. Race was the start of discrimination and prejudice back in the day. In today’s society it still happens people get discriminated ranging from having a disability to not wearing the right cloths.
In today’s history people have become more aware with the discrimination that is being done around them. Some people still discriminate against different ethnics. It is not as bad as it was back in the day because now you see more people that are marrying a different race or they are evening having children with a different race. Some people still think that they should have it were people are living with a different race. More parents are teaching their kids that there shouldn 't be hate among everyone and that everyone is equal among one another. But you still have people who think that they can be around or even live net to someone who is of different
color.

Provide a minimum of 1 source (citations and reference) other than the textbook and different from Part I from the library, your readings and video materials.
Everyone no matter what kind of group that you are in is going to experience discrimination a prejudice against them or they are going to do it to someone else. Not everyone is going to like what the other group is doing just because they are set in the ways that they were raised or have formed form themselves. For an example if you have a group of children who love to go out and party and then you have the group of geeks who think you should stay home each on has a reason as to why the other group is wrong. The geek group will think that the parting group are just trouble makers and don’t care about their schooling or where there life is going. Then you have the parting group who think that the geek group are just nerds they don’t know how to have and so forth. Nobody in each group know how each and every person is in those groups you could have someone in the partying group that is keen on their school work but still like to have fun or you could have someone in the geek group that likes to have fun but cant because of his or her parents. Discrimination and prejudice is always among groups and even individuals because it is part of everyone’s nature.
