Constructing this piece of public art will be a very profitable investment and will help our improve our city overall. Depending on who the artist is and how nice it looks, we may be able to profit exponentially from this investment, tourists will flock to the city to get a picture of the newly constructed art. With these acquired profits we could help make more improvements to the city.
