QSEN Importance
QSEN stands for Quality and Safety Education for Nurses. In 2005, QSEN was founded by Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as an initiative of improvement in the health care facilities. Returning the year of 2003, when concerned with the health care outcome, the Institute of Medicine implemented guidelines to assist employees in medical facilities to provide quality and safety to patients.
