confidence, time management and working under pressure are what distinguish leaders from normal people. I believe that an effective leader is the one who friendly, humble and an inspiration to people. The qualities of an effective leaders are not limited because the world is changing each second and its needs too. I can summarize the qualities I know and experienced some of them as the following:

1) communication skills- knowing how to say what you want in the simplest shortest ways.
2) diversity and multicultural mindset.
3) thinking outside the box- dare to be creative!!
4) tolerance for ambiguity.
5) ability to take risks, and never regret.
6) transforming mistakes into lessons.
7) spreading support and love to those who are in need.
8) listening and thinking twice before saying any word.
9) time management and setting plans.
10) effective leaders never cease the dream, even when it's too dark to see the light.

Oprah Winfrey is one such leader. I admire her because even though her show is now over, she still manages to make changes. Oprah came from a harsh background and now one of the most famous women in the world. I admire her courage and humanity. She is an inspiration to me and I think her influence extends all races, colors, religions and nations. I think Oprah Winfrey is an effective leader because she used her story as a beginning for a successful life. She's promoting peace and love in all the world . She's a woman who simply said no to racism and poverty . All the challenges she met during her life made her stronger and I think this is something necessary in the life of the true leader. I admire her personality because she's smart, she knows how to make something humane out of her career and experiences. Oprah lived an unrecognized life during her childhood, she was poor and silent but now she's one of the most powerful women in this world! I think this is very inspirational to me as I'm living in an undeveloped region where I
