Qualities of a Good Teacher
While it is easy to attain the qualification to become a teacher it is a rare quantity that you will find good teachers. To become a good teacher you need to posses some good personal skills. Here is a list of those qualities that may take you from an average to a good tutor.

It has always been a characteristic of a good teacher that he is also a good learner. Good teachers keep learning more every day and get better at what they are doing.

Good teachers take this initiative by themselves and do not need any guidance. They understand that they are being looked up to by students and hence must be able to inculcate these basic values in them.

A good tutor makes sure that every student has fun while learning. This is done by new and different ways of teaching and learning that grab a student's attention.

Teachers must make learning fun and derive different methods and not just reading out of a text book. This facilitates interest and hence learning. A good tutor also caters completely to every need of his pupils.

Always look out for these qualities while picking a tutor. He must be responsive to you as well as be ready to discuss his subject with any one including students.

A good tutor always makes sure that every student in his class is able to understand what is being taught in the class timeframe. They even want to works with weak students and any student who needs help either after hours or when ever a student needs help.

Teachers have to able to sense when a child needs help and provide it as necessary. They also must in no circumstances differentiate between different children for any reason. When it comes to education and learning it is very important that there is no bias shown with respect to any
