2. How did the Milwaukee Mayor contribute to the success?
He signed a partnership that allowed the company to go to an open house. This open house allowed the company to look at different products and strategies to make their company better.
3. Could the lab have been as successful without the Mayor's contributions? No, the contributions is what got the company to open their eyes to these new possibilities and to make the changes they did.
4. Could the lab have been as successful without the manager/leader's contributions? No, in order for a company to be successful all team members have to be on board. Especially, managers and leaders because they are the ones who set the tone and who are an example.
5. Do you believe such accomplishments would be possible where you currently work? Explain? Quality management is possibly is any company. The idea is to work more for less. I currently work for a laundry company and I am in charge of inventory. The way the company does inventory is very old fashion. If they were to implement a quality management system it could cut down costs and time, which would save the company money.
6. What three things would have to change to make such success possible?
