Total Quality Pioneers Paper
Even though people do not want to change, pioneers are needed because the reason we need pioneers is to become more innovative and in order to survive in business one needs to explore new ideas.
Throughout history, there have been many different pioneers perhaps some of the most recognizes pioneers are the three major contributors they are W. Edwards Deming, Joseph M. Juran, and Philip B.Crosby. Mr. Deming was most recognizes for the Deming cycle this particular approach was develop to link the production of a product with consumer needs and focus the resources of all departments. Deming was also known for demings fourteen points as well as the seven deadly diseases. Mr. Juran was known for Juran’s three basic steps to progress Juran’s ten steps to quality improvement, the Pareto principle, and the Juran trilogy. Mr Juran is rank near Mr. Deming for his contribution to total quality management. Mr. Crosby was best known for his advocacy of zero defects management and prevention as opposed to statistically acceptable levels of quality. He is also known for the development of a vaccine, which he called the quality vaccine and Crosby’s fourteen steps to quality improvement.

Next one can define quality and its elements. From an organization’s point of view quality and it elements could be define as consistently producing a product or service that a customer wants and needs. While reducing errors before and after delivery to the customer. Quality is an outcome that is a never-ending process of continual improving the quality of the product or service that the organization produces.
