Executive summary

This report is focused on analysing Raifeisen Zentralbank (RZB), founded in 1927, a company with Austrian roots offering commercial, retail, private banking services and insurance services in Asia, The US, Europe and the world centers. The report analyses internal environment of the company and relatioships among particular aspects which influence the company, e.g. organizational structure, culture, marketing strategy, CSR, HRM and the Internal Control Policy of the bank.
