To summarize the film Rainy brain sunny brain by Elaine Fox using Michael Mosley was about the (pleasure) and optimism and the (fear) and pessimistic thought of the brain. Mosley went through a battery of test to see if they could change his personality in seven weeks. The first stage of a test was to determine a base line on to see where he was optimistic or pessimistic using advance technology that can read brain activity. Once they had a base line they went about sires of making him look at positive smiling faces everyday for the seven weeks as well as practicing breathing and meditation. Trough positive reinforcement they were able to change the cognitive process and produce a more positive personality.
