Vincent Pellettiere Interview Sample I The first interview sample was taken from YouTube (2013), “Max Employment-Top 10 Job Interview Questions and Answers”. The job candidate in the video was interviewing for a Sales Administration position. The job that I selected from Indeed.com is – Inside Sales/Sales Coordinator, at Minnesota Rubber and Plastics, - Minneapolis HQ (quadion, n.d.). The job objective is to promptly respond to all customer inquiries, and to perform duties with tact and professionalism, manage all aspects of contract review, order processing, manage customer accounts, generate sales, participate in sales development, and other sales duties. The job requires 5+ years of experience, strong decision making skills, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of an AA degree. During the interview, the interviewee answered all of the questions in a studied manner, she did not take a pause as if to think about the questions; however, she did answer each question with confidence. When asked about one of her weaknesses, she provided one that was dated twenty years ago, which indicated (to me) that there was nothing she felt she needed or could improve upon. Further observation of the interviewee was at the end of the interview when asked, if she had any questions, she did not ask anything about the job, the management style, the work environment, or anything of the people she would be working with. This job candidate showed more interest in her job fulfillment and little to no interest in the job itself other than, the interview. Although the interviewee met the job requirements, she did not provide any information on how she would be an asset to the organization. Observing the interviewer, he asked questions that could have easily been answered in the resume. The interviewer did not do any follow-up questions, for
