As a writer for the Mukwonago Chief, I am quite familiar with the process of bringing an insider’s perspective from Mukwonago High School to the community. Originally, my column, “Inside View,” began as a trial to integrate myself into the writing community. However, due to its popularity, I now work as an unpaid intern as a writer for the Mukwonago Chief. My job is to get inside the school’s boundaries and student’s opinions to accurately let the public know what it is like to be at Mukwonago High School from a student’s point of view. With this experience, I would be able to extend my talents and relationships that I have established as a journalist further in order to help better Mukwonago as a whole. My written skills allow me to effectively write up any…

Vhiknukzark or commonly known as Zark, to those of inferior vocabulary, is a Kobold that lived with his tribe inside the cave system of Srazol Mountains. He was a hunter and defender of his tribe. He would go out and hunt the rich wildlife in the nearby forest, the Whispering Woods. When gnomes came near his tribe he made sure they left with a few arrows in their backs… if they made it out alive that is. Vhiknukzark was happy with his simple life of hunting, sleeping and eating. But that changed in the 10th year of his life.…
In an interview with Rebeca Skloot, found on the link above, the issue of Henrietta's skin color gets addressed. She talks about the color of Henrietta's skin playing a role in her treatment. During the Jim Crow era, the 1950's, hospitals and many places were segregated. Segregation suggests that not only the place but the treatment changes based on where you are. When Henrietta first came to John Hopkins she was a poor, black, woman. She was placed into the black ward and was treated different than a white person. Skloot states that the doctors often took advantage of the patients who had little knowledge about what was going on. Most of the times the people who did not know what was going on were black people. She states that in hospitals,…
James Butler hickok, better known as wild Bill Hickok , was a well known folk hero of the old west. He is best known for his work across the frontier as a drover, Wagonmaster, soldier, spy, scout, lawman, gunfighter, gambler, and showman. He earned a great deal of fame in his time, most of it because of his over exaggerated and often outlandish stories that were fabricated up of unrealistic circumstances. Which leads us to wonder what events of his life are real or just fantastic stories. It is a unfortunate situation but not a uncommon one for historians. we often times find ourselves in this predicaments not knowing what is true, what is based on the truth, and what is just a flat out lie.…

I believe that there were several different things that were contributing factors to why Kipland Kinkel killed both his parents, and later two of his fellow peers. I do not think that there is one specific thing that can be blamed for Kip's behavior, but multiple things worked together to cause Kip's explosion.…
