Reasons For Driving To Coralville
My first reason would be so we won’t have to drive to Burlington or Coralville. If we made one here we won’t have to waste as much gas driving farther away. Also you could get there and back faster than if it was farther away. You could also attract people from other towns and get more business. As you can see, not having to drive as far is a very big idea to build a mall.

My second reason is people could open stores in the mall. So people don't have to worry about driving to another town. Also, They can make money and not have to waste gas so you will be making money and not wasting as much gas. The tax money could go to the town and make the more money for Wapello. Our community could use the money so please consider this.

The last reason

However, the city will also have the money they got from selling the property to help build the park. By building the park, you are also addressing the growing budget deficit by creating jobs. For example, you can charge people for boat launching or have a small appliance for fishing and snacks at the park. I think this is the best decision overall because you get to build the business complex which will create jobs and bring other businesses. Also, by building a small park, you will create more jobs and help Rid economy grow. The city want lose any money because the park will pay for itself by having festivals, appliance store and boat…

First of all, having a Hospital in Wapello would be way faster to get to. For example, if a mother is in labor and needed to get to the hospital immediately, she would have to drive all the way to Burlington or Muscatine. In another case If a boy got hurt, you could just drive 5 minutes instead of 25. As you can see a hospital would be a good idea.…

Denver is a moderate- to high-growth region with many plans for new malls, houses, and schools. If I bought this property, with 7 acres I could build onto it to create more stores as well. I know the area would be successful, as the Grande General Store already has its loyal customers, and I would create more customers and generate more revenue by possibly expanding the store, or adding new stores to the…

In my opinion I would have to disagree with building dog parks in Muscatine, Iowa. My main reason for disagreeing with building a park for dogs is my son is allergic to dogs. Some dog owners can be very irresponsible when it comes to cleaning up after their dogs poo on the grass. Why should the city fund a dog park with taxpayer money when that money can be used to build a recreational area for residents.…

Like many growing cities, Cloydtown’s expenditures for roads, schools, parks, law enforcement and other services have grown faster than its tax revenues. The town council estimates that $10 million of additional annual tax revenue is needed to balance the town’s annual operating budget. Although everyone on the town council agrees on the need for additional expenditures, there is widespread disagreement about how to raise the additional tax revenue. Three alternatives are under consideration—…

50 extra dollars per vehicle or legally registered item may seem like a great deal of money. Especially with the economy the way it is today. Our roads in Loudon County and even in Tennessee alone are excellent roadways. I do not know how many of you have ever traveled outside the state, but almost all other states roadways are horrible. You may not think about these issues until a tax is proposed. In Tennessee alone the state spends approximately three million dollars on our roads every year. We need to look at what we already have and see that our government is trying to better our county and state. We need to consider paying an extra 50 dollars a year per vehicle to continue our excellent roadways.…

If the toll road gets expanded through Citrus County into northern Florida it would be a more proficient route for people traveling and commuting to work. This route would allow more jobs to be available to people in Citrus County, lowering our unemployment rate. Making us easier to access would also be a benefit by increasing tourism for places like Crystal River or the Everglades. For places like this the main source of income is from the tourists and snow birds, so if we could increase the tourists places would make more money.…

But the pros certainly outweigh the cons. We need to make the city a better place for our future generations. It's certainly more effective if we have less teens in trouble this solution also makes use of a building that is just sitting unused in Ludington. This may help keep our kids in our area stay out of trouble because they will have a place to go after school which is better for the economy. we could ask the teens themselves to help donate time fixing the building up after school. Or we could ask Westshore Community College if the kids in CTE would help fix up the building for College Credits and ask parents who are willing to donate time and services to the rehab as well. To save money for ludington we could also get volunteers to help run it. There could be a reading spot with wifi and a spot to do homework. You could get the local food trucks to park out front so kids could get food and drinks…

    Texas Property Tax Reform

Although the money is not wasted by the government, it could be distributed into our economy instead of paying off officials’ salaries. One may not owe any money to a bank for their property or still have 25 years on their property, no one can actually feel the satisfaction of owning their own property because if your property taxes are not paid in full; the government have all right by law (before me) to confiscate all land. By doing away with property taxes in full, I believe raising the sales tax to around 11% will bring a lot more money into the economy as well as bring the feeling of ownership into the household of hard-working Texans. As more money will be saved people will have more leisure to spend on more necessities as well as wants; in which funnels more money into the…
