The role management should play in workplace psychology is to understand yhat the employees are very important so instead of bringing Ayame down all the time and making her not want to do what is her best in her work performance. Ayame should feel just like everyone else at the company no matter what her cultural background is. The manager should reconizge Ayame for her hard work and reconizge her for her cultural background on what the manager may think is correct in how her performance is. The manager should show a positive vibe towards their employee to let them know they are and will be appreciated for their hard work. With out good employees then there wouldn’t be any business to begin with. The manager should show team work and that it is important to work together to keep the business growing everyone has something to contribute to the company just by being apart of the team.

That may make her feel uncomfortable and always pressured when she is at work. Her ability to do her best to perform her duties at work may be affected on how she is treated in the work place. I had a job like that before and that was the reason I had to quit. Because of a person’s cultural background the manager may go by a sterotype that could have them thinking extremely high or expect the worse from a person meaning them being lazy, stealing, and etc. When something went wrong the manager immediately would ask me if I understand directions and at the end of the day it wasn’t me I would be someone else.
