Introduction
There are many things that I would take into account before choosing where I would work. Here are the main things that I would look for my future job.
Personally, for my future job, I want to work in an environment that is safe and where there is no danger to my health. This means that the building that I work in must have safety provisions in order for them to keep employees inducing me safe. This is important to me because my health important to me and I pay attention to myself to make sure that I am fit and healthy.

But still being able to interact with other people as I wouldn’t want to isolate myself from other people as this would make the job boring for me. I currently work in this environment as I am a warehouse worker and I enjoy it.
I would like a job that has a decent rate of pay for the work that I have to do. This would be important as I would want the wages that I deserve for the effect and time that I put in to for working for the business. Also, I would like to earn bonuses and rewards for the extra work that I put in. Also, I want the managers to recognise the hard work I put in and applaud me for it. We studied the Equity theory (Adams, 1965) and this stated if employees are getting the outcome that they deserve from the work that they put in. As I mentioned in the introduction of this journal I would look for a decent rate of pay for the work that I put in and rewards and benefits. Also, being treated equally compared to other employees.

I currently work as a warehouse worker and I am one of the top preforming employees. I get applauded by fellow employees and the team leaders.
