Breaking up with someone is hard to get over with, but in Shakespeare's play "Romeo and Juliet" love is everything to the people in the city, called "verona". The fathers back in the 1500s, chose who their daughters were to marry, but the boys not so much but the girls have to be "descent" for the parents to accept. But now in 2016, parents do not know most of the time who their kids are dating, but in the 1980-90s, you had to be cool, hot, and fit, also popular which is kinda dumb because that is what 2016 so thee really was no change at all. Religion was a big part of Romeo and Juliet, see the father is the one who always picks the husband and most try to aim for nobility and money, and the mother will always second the choice. In Romeo and Juliet, Juliet did not want to marry because she was a TEENAGER. But Romeo was trying to go out with a girl out of his league her name was Roseline. She did not noticed Romeo and that made Romeo feel depressed. Romeo tried to put himself out in the public and party and in one party Romeo went to he found juliet which made Roseline disappear out of his life. When Romeo committed suicide, juliet saw in horror the pale body of Romeo and she felt petrified so she grab Romeo's dagger and stab herself in the heart and committed suicide as
