Bullying
What is bullying? Bullying is everywhere. It is a horrible activity that destroys people’s happiness and life. Bullying is very negative and creates major problems for our society. Nothing good comes out of bullying. In fact, it ruins many people’s lives. Kids can be mentally scarred if they are teased often. Even worse, they can be killed or fatally injured if the bullying gets extreme. Bullying must be stopped or prevented no matter how long it will take; it is a deeply concerning matter. Bullying does not always have to be childish play, but it can be extremely violent. People may be bruised, injured, or even killed. There are so many different kinds of bullying.
Bullying takes place in school where the victims of bullying easily get teased by their school friends. They get treated differently comparing with the other normal students. In Bird Girl, the article is in the book that we are reading in English class, there was a weird high school girl that was teased by some suburban-variety greasers. They called her the Bird. She had peal skin, and a blotchy red rash was usually in the middle of her forehead. Especially why they always teased her because she was always nervous, moving like a bird and hunching her shoulders toward her ears just like she wanted her head would be disappeared into her body. She always wore the old fashion clothes that were described as the fashion “since Shirley Temple was singing The Good Ship Lollipop.” One day, three or four greasers surrounded her flapping and screeching in her ear. She got terrified, and some of her books fell on the ground; she bent down to pick them up, but all the greasers got closer in a circle and screeched at her. The Bird girl was one of the victims that were teased by the other students.
