Some people may say that you do not need to go to college or return to school. I would have to say that is definitly not true. You do need to go to college to sucure your future. Time Management, Learning to write APA format, and the benefits of obtaining a college degree are three important things to remember when returning to school. In this essay I will be explaining some things to remember when returning to school that can help on your jouney. Let us start with time management, and how it works. When you first start back to school you may find just like I did that managing work, school , and your family is difficult. The first thing to do is sit down and write out all the things you need to do. Like making sure that all three (family, work ,and school) fit in to your schedule. The best place to put school in your schedule is when it best fits for you, what I mean is like after your kids are put in bed or are in school, as of for a more quailtiy, peaceful, and relaxed time to study. Also remember to never forget to spend quaility time with your family as they are uasually your support, like in my case my back bone. To conclude “In the same way that you need to create a monthy budget for your expenses, bills, and so on, consider having a budget for your time”(Alexander, Clugston, & Trice, 2010, Managing your Time and Resources , Para. 3).

Most people do not understant that college writing is not the same as a personal diary, or how you would talk to a friend. It is more

In the first sentence of the essay, the author reveals that doublespeak is a language that pretends to say something and is misleading. In the essay, “Consider the Lobster,” David Foster Wallace describes what it is like to attend the Maine Lobster Festival. I had finally come to the conclusion, that it was time to take control of my circumstances, rather than continue to let my circumstances control me. B. White’s essay he describes a dual existence he has with his son when spending time at this lake. In some ways White is facing an identity crisis when he has a hard time distinguishing between himself and his son. The essay moves in a non- chronological order where White weaves in and out through the past and present. While at the lake, in its essence remains unchanged, White himself is different, and so he finally accepts the fundamental irony of life. The natural cycle of birth, childhood, maturity, and death are inevitable, he too realizes he is facing the natural course that leads to the chill of…
