Romeo has already made many hasty decisions in the first two acts. In Act 1, Scene 5 Romeo completely forgot about Rosaline upon seeing Juliet : ”Did my heart love till now? Forswear it, sight!, For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night”. Secondly, he immediately wanted to marry Juliet after knowing her for a few hours without being aware of the consequences their actions could bring to themselves and their families. In their first encounter at the Capulet party, romeo had already confessed his love for her: “If I profane with my unworthiest hand, this holy shrine, the gentle sin is this: My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand, to smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss”. Not long after in their second encounter on Juliet’s balcony, he confesses his love for once again: “With love's light wings did I o'erperch these walls; For stony limits cannot hold love out, And what love can do, that dares love attempt. Therefore thy kinsmen are no stop to me.” Passionate is definitely one of Romeo’s traits by showing Juliet passion multiple times in a poetic
