SPC Tran achieved course standards. He demonstrated a satisfactory writing ability when preparing Army written correspondence. SPC Tran displayed great understanding of the fundamentals of effective speaking during his oral presentation. While in a leadership position he utilized the military decision making process to formulate effective strategies and attain satisfactory performance by providing purpose, direction and motivation to his Squad.
