Introduction
People learn from time to time to improve themselves, or even in the extent of an organization. Only by possessing learning capacity, can a business maintain its competitiveness and effectiveness (Stata, 1989; Adler & Cole, 1993). In the view of the positive statement regarding learning organization, the objective of this article is to discuss whether this type of organization can respond to its stakeholders, in particular its employees and customers. These two stakeholders are chosen because they are regarded as the most important elements that could make or mar the success and continuity of an organization. The Canadian Federation of Independent Business
(2011) provides further support by publishing a survey result, mentioning that 62% of a successful business is credited to employees while 60% is merited to customers, in which 8,900 companies were interviewed. This literature includes multi-perspectives to measure the influence of learning organization on the two stakeholders. It evolves from associating theoretical principals with the two stallholders, to applying principals in current issues and examples.

In fact, the learning organization is defined as an organizational structure that describes people who work together as a team to continuously learn, adapt and improve under a learning, innovative atmosphere. Senge (1990) synthesizes five major characteristics of a learning organization, including systems thinking, personal mastery, team learning, shared vision and mental models. Besides, business success is measured by effectiveness and competitiveness (Stata, 1989; Adler & Cole, 1993). The following
