This case involves a suspicious incident of a male Hispanic being chased by two other male Hispanics inside of a restaurant. A burgundy SUV was also reportedly involved in the incident.

Photos were taken of the Suspect #1 and Suspect #2 that were identified on Painter Street and Summit Avenue. INVESTIGATION:
On 12-23-15 at about 1612 hours, Officer Cass #0044 and I were dispatched to 181 E. Orange Grove Bl., "Pasadena Fish Market and Restaurant” for a suspicious circumstances incident. Officer Preston # 7181 and Corporal Broghamer #0675 also responded to assist.

She told me the following information in summary: She was working the front counter as a male Hispanic, later identified as the victim, walk into the front door of the restaurant. The victim asked her about the prices on different sizes of drinks. The victim did not have enough money to pay for a drink and began to leave the restaurant. She watched as the victim exited the front door and looked east on Orange Grove Bl. The victim immediately ran back into the restaurant and jumped over the front counter. She then observed two male Hispanics run into the restaurant and seemed to be chasing the victim. She stated that Douglas pushed the victim out the back door. Officer Preston advised later advised me that the two males were out of breath and seemed to have been running (later identified as Jorge Andrade and Victor Valladares, refer to FI #3013 for additional information). Corporal Broghamer arrived and assisted Officer Preston at the above location. Officer Cass asked Witness #1 if she would assist us with a field show-up to determine if the males were connected with the incident that occurred inside of the restaurant.
