EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

INTRODUCTION
Project Brief
The objective of this document is to provide information regarding investment opportunity for setting-up a Tarpaulin and T-shirt printing, with focus on product differentiation i.e., providing some unique services (Heat Press and Large Format tarpaulin printing) which are not offered by the existing tarpaulin and t-shirt printing in the area. The business can be established in any of the major cities/municipalities of the country such as in the town of Libungan.

This feasibility study is conducted to, determine the marketability, feasibility, and profitability of Tarpaulin and t-shirt printing business in Libungan, Cotabato. Another, this feasibility study also aims to determine and develop an effective products and services differentiation ,the management and human resource requirement ,technical requirements in establishing an Tarpaulin and t-shirt printing business, and lastly to determine the feasibility of this type of business in terms of Return on Investment and Return of Investment.

Location of the Business
The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of opening Tarpaulin and T-shirt printing on its prime location at Libungan, Cotabato, and particularly in JB Cedeño Commercial Building beside the San Isidro Parish along National Highway corner J.P. Rizal Street.
Assumptions of the Study
In view to the successful entry of this Tarpaulin and t-shirt printing business in Libungan, Cotabato, 1. the Techno Arts has a product and services differentiation from other (if any) existing Tarpaulin and T-shirt Printing businesses in Libungan, and 2. Captured the large number of customer in the market considering the increase in sales every year and customers loyalty/patronage. 3. On the aspect of Financial Projection this study uses conservative financial projection to be safe and near accurate to the actual occurrence of the business (assumed to be in actual operation).
