School Lunch Persuasive Speech
School lunch is so much more healthy for you then the food outside of school. The fact that they put diet soda in the vending machine and make food taste like fake food is just great. So some aren't eating , or there just forcing themselves to eat. The foods should be ordered normally from a store, not from a special, high quality business. Everyone just loves a sugar free strawberry applesauce. Furthermore, people know diet soda as being better for you, but really it just a whole bunch of chemicals going in your body. Students swallowing down this diet beverage are swallowing harm, but who's going to lie, it's more refreshing than drinking milk for lunch. I mean cause fruit punch, water,or any other juices, that aren't mixed, are bad for you. “The truth about diet soda” adds that “Observational studies show a correlation between diet soda and the metabolic syndrome, which can lead to serious diseases”. Eating fat free and drinking chemical soda is the right way to go when being healthy and losing weight which helps your ability to learn. No, eating a breakfast, lunch, dinner and maybe a snack right after lunch or dinner is healthy. Eating and snacking all the time is bad, which the schools shouldn't have no worries because we can't eat during classes most time anyway.Enrolled students getting told they need to eat healthy could be taken in a wrong way, students should make there own choices, and the school should try and talk to

The law was set to provide additional funding to meet the updated standards, however, the cost was severely underestimated. Using data provided by Medicaid, eligibility for the free or reduced school lunch programs has seen a definite increase, although participation has not (Lee, 2010). In a press release, U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius was quoted saying “The Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act is a significant step forward in our effort to help America's children thrive and grow to be healthy adults...
