Sdp Data Action Plan
As a SDP principal, I will elevate performance scores, particularly in the areas of reading, comprehension, and writing, ensure that all teachers and support personnel are knowledgeable and demonstrate practices whereby students are capable of reaching academic proficiency, and establish a healthy family and community rapport that assists the expected growth and development of students. All of this can be accomplished within the first year of my tenure as a school principal.

My measures of growth and development will be witnessed on a quarterly data action plan timetable that references where the school began versus where they are in the growth and development continuum. This data action plan will show how effective we are in the formulation
