Security Services Case Summary
On Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 1231 hours, Security Services responded to a potential fraud in 5 Medical Park, Pod 9, room 2.
Upon my arrival Dr. Gary Hals stated it was brought to his attention that the young lady in room 2 is not who she said she was. Mrs. La’kia Singleton (Nurse Practitioner) identified her and passed that information to Dr. Auber Marshall who contacted the Yellow Zone. The patient real name is Alexandria Deshaun Mason (patient) and known to used numerous different alias. Ms. Alexandria used the following alias name, Alessandra Mason, Lexandria Mason, Kimbrella Banks, and Boone D. Rubria.
Columbia Police Officer Dwyer arrived to conduct an investigation and after her interview she told the staff she wanted to hurt
