Whether we are consciously aware of them or not, everyone has a core set of values. Values can range from beauty and wealth to loyalty and trust. If you don’t know or haven’t defined your values, you end up drifting along in life. Instead of basing your decisions on an internal compass you make choices based on circumstances and social pressures. You end up trying to fulfil others’ expectations instead of your own.
