To put it differently, no high school student is prepared for college realistically. High school should be the transition for a student to feel like he or she has been prepared in a realistic way. Moreover Jacquie Butler states "Not every student is going to progress or adapt at the same pace, so know who you are and be real with yourself." As a result, high school students are accustomed to being told what to do, it seems to be that students are just naïve to believe that everything that is taught in high school or told is reliable and beneficial in the future. In my experience, most of my teachers told me what I was learning at the time will be beneficial in
