From the research, career excellence deals with not being efficient in ones’ work, not being qualified, and slacking off. Not being efficient in work deals with identifying property, adopting a good attitude, and building essential skills. Not being qualified brings lack of enthusiasm, poor personal appearance, lack of interpersonal skills, and failure to sell oneself. When someone starts slacking off, they become lazy and depressed and that will lead to getting fired. Career excellence can be pursued through actions of integrity, meeting all obligations and continually learning and improving in all spheres to excel in one’s career. However, when a path is chosen beforehand by parents, the will to remain efficient and excel in the career becomes nonexistent. Without identifying priorities, there’s no reason to achieve anything or push oneself to become something greater. Not doing something with passion or interest makes it less likely to have a positive attitude while pursuing a career that’s not for them. In some cases, they may even become a shell of a person doing the same routine repeatedly, going to work every day to pay the bills, put food on the table, and please their parents. People often look for skills that go beyond qualifications and experience. Parents would want their child in a particular job that pays well but it won’t make the child happy. Your hobby, interest, and passion comes under personal happiness. When finding your interest, you find yourself, hobby, personality, and passion. What drives you, your personality, interest, and what you’re willing to suffer for determines your passion. When choosing a job, people must look for something that catches their interest, makes them happy, drive them, something they have a passion to do, etc. Their job must be a part of them, they must feel extremely happy to go to work and do what they love.
