A. In the United States we have multi payer system composed of private, government and state founded insurance.
B. Those state and government founded programs include Medicare, Medicaid, and VA.
Medicare is 100% government founded health insurance for elderly 65 and older, as well people in any age with end-renal disease.
V.A just like Medicare is founded by the government; however it is only for veterans and currently serving soldiers who served a minimum duty requirement of 24 continuous months.

Second problem is that the Healthcare System has too many holes.
A. Before Affordable Care Act people could have been turn down do to preexisting illnesses. And if a company found something that was not disclosed during an application process knowingly or not the coverage could have been terminated. Great example would be from the movie “Sicko” by Michael Moore, where Tracy Pierce lost his battle to cancer, and we think many people die each year, but in his case his insurance would not pay for the medication, and that includes pain medicine. Even though, the movie is bias it show how private insurance works in America.
B. Another problem according to Kaiser's Health Reform Source is that some insurers charged small business extra if employee got sick. Health insurance is expensive, an average it cost $14,000 a year for a family of four and that is with the employer contributing. And small business most of the time cannot afford to provide the coverage for their employees, so why do they have to be penalized for doing the right thing.
III. The last issue that I want to discuss is ethics. Health care is not a privilege or a luxury, it is a basic
