Similarities Between Civil Rights And Civil Liberties
Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Everyone always wants to live in the good life which makes us feel freedom, safety. Besides, they will receive respecting and a lot of benefit which they deserve to have. Therefore, every country always creates the rights, such as Civil right, Civil liberties to protect the life of their citizen, and have confidence in their citizen. Both Civil right and Civil liberties is from the Bill of Rights which is not even valid that in the constitution “In the Federalists' push to have the new Constitution ratified during 1787-1789, they promised that one of the first acts in Congress would be to pass a series of amendments limiting the powers of the federal government to interfere with the freedom of individuals. Although they have the different way to perform, they have the same purposes which are making a safe life, equation about right and benefit which they need to have, such as prevent crime, and build stronger security system “The Fourth through Eighth Amendments are primarily dedicated to a citizen's liberties under criminal law. The desire to protect citizens from the arbitrary abuse of governmental police powers reflects the Constitution's broader concern with limiting government” (Thomas, chapter 4, eBook “We the people: 1 an introduction to American government”). Moreover, Civil Liberties help citizens have opportunities to give their opinion, desire to help this country develop. Besides, everyone must keep our freedom and our power over the state, so that requiring them admit our freedom. On the other hands, Civil Right will help government can rule country through by prevent bad action from enemy. Hopefully, government will build more the rights to improve and protect the life of citizens. Thanks to that, citizens can feel comfortable to live, study, and work in order to make country become
