Abstract
Being able to effectively lead across cultures takes across- culture communication, cultural adjustments, and cultural synergy. It is important to be aware of cultural differences such as body language, cultural shock, and intecultural workplaces. These things do not come naturally, there is a great need for training and leadership style.
